What changes: New unit rates and standing charges take effect. Levels are published by 26 August 2026. Every running-cost figure on this site moves with them.
What to do: Re-run your numbers after 1 October. The calculators update the same week.

What changes: ISDE amounts are set per calendar year. The 2026 amounts were already cut from 2025 levels — €1,250 base became €1,025, €265/kW became €225.
What to do: Your application falls under the year you apply in, not the year you installed.

Costs you money DE Germany: base grant 30 % → 15 %

What changes: Base grant for heat pumps halves in Q1 2027, with a proposed 15-point bonus for EU-origin units. Non-EU units lose half the base with no offset.
What to do: Apply before the cut — the application date is what counts, not the installation date.

What changes: The £1,500 uplift that takes the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant to £9,000 for off-gas-grid oil and LPG homes ends. The £7,500 base grant continues.
What to do: The installation must complete, and the voucher be redeemed, within the window.

What changes: The FY2026-27 allocation closes. At the run rate observed to 30 June 2026, the year's budget would be fully committed before this date.
